Bathroom Installations
A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the one most likely to cause expensive damage when it is built badly. Almost every bathroom failure we are called to repair comes down to the same three things: waterproofing that stopped short, a wet-room floor without enough fall, and movement under a tiled surface.
We build bathrooms from the substrate up. Floors are made rigid, wet areas are fully tanked, falls are set with a level rather than by eye, and tiling is set out so the cuts land where they should. It is slower, and it is the reason we are still not going back to fix them.

Fully tanked wet areas
Liquid membrane and taped joints across the full shower zone, not just a bead of silicone at the tray edge.
Rigid substrates
Floors stiffened and boarded so nothing moves under the tile. Movement is what cracks grout and lets water in.
Set out, not guessed
Tile layout is planned so full tiles land at the eye line and cuts land in the corners.

Tanking applied and cured, boards fixed, tiling set out and completed.

Second fix and finish

Suite and brassware installed, grouting and sealing, decoration, testing and handover.

We do not publish fixed prices, because a number without a survey behind it is a guess that somebody has to pay for later. What we can tell you is exactly which variables move the figure.
